Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@adorelife.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and it will credit to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
In case of a refund due to a defective or incorrect product, we will also refund your return shipping cost.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@adorelife.store with details and a photo of the issue.
Exchanged product are delivered with in 5-10 days.
